Westminster Stateline Summer Camp Program

Stateline Kids Club Summer Camp brings the fun of Summer Camp to your community.
Partnering with the Stronghold Center in Oregon, IL Stateline Kids Club Summer Camp is coming again the last week of June in 2012. The summer of 2012 promises to be bigger and better than it was last year! All the fun, all the games, twice the counselors, and much much more! Invite your friends!

When: June 25th – June 29th

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Where: Willowbrook Middle School

Cost: $45

Details: Each child will need to wear clothes that they can run around in, preferably with close toed shoes. In addition, please send your child with a sack lunch. (A light snack will be provided each day prior to lunch.)

Welcome! Thanks for taking time to find out more information about Stateline Kids Club. Stateline Kids Club is a Wednesday evening children’s ministry for children between the grades of Kindergarten and 8th grade provided by Westminster Presbyterian Church.

The program is made up of four main parts that are inspired by Acts 2:42: Bible Time, Recreation Time, Family Time (including dinner!), and Worship Skills. Each is designed to help children practice Christian relationships and to learn to treat everyone as though they are a child of God.

Kids Club is part of a national program founded in 1963 called the LOGOS Ministry. Westminster has provided this program at our current facility for over 20 years. Westminster and the LOGOS Ministry believe that it is important for the church and parents to work together to establish and sustain an environment of faith formation that produces a “whole life”. As a result, we encourage parents to get involved so that the children can get the most out of this experience. Each year, it proves to be just as rewarding for the parents who get involved.
